GOVBRM Academy

The Centre for AI Demand & Value Orchestration.

Training and credentials for the people who sit between what an organisation wants from AI and what digital can deliver: Business Relationship Managers, demand and portfolio leads, benefits and value owners, and the product and delivery people they work with. Everything taught here is the AI Demand Framework, applied through the AI Demand Toolkit.

Tier 1
Three micro-courses with certificates and badges, free during the beta (usually £25 each)
Tier 2
Two practitioner certificates, taught and assessed live online
Tier 3
Master AI Value Partner, the capstone for holders of both
Verification
Every credential can be checked at govbrm.com/verify

How it fits together

One practice. The Academy teaches it, the Framework states it, the Toolkit applies it.

Organisational ambition and the AI demand it generates enter on the left. The AI Demand Framework runs that demand through six stages and six gates, each with canvases from the toolkit underneath it. Digital value leaves on the right, and the month-nine review sends what was learned back to the front door. The Academy wraps the whole thing: every tier teaches the same framework, at increasing depth.

Diagram: the GOVBRM Academy's three tiers sit above the AI Demand Framework, which runs organisational ambition and AI demand through Discover, Assess, Prioritise, Design, Adopt and Realise, with toolkit canvases under each stage, producing digital value, with a review loop back to the front door and the newsletter underneath
The AI Value Operating Model at the centre is generic: adapt the gates, sign-offs and scales to your own governance. The diagram opens as a PNG for slides and internal papers.

Credential ladder

Three tiers, from a free hour to a capstone.

  1. AI Demand Foundation badge

Tier 1 · Entry · Free during the beta, usually £25

    Micro-courses with digital badges

How a credential is earned

Learn, apply, certify, verify.

  1. Learn

Start with the free micro-courses. They are self-paced and they teach the reasoning, not just the forms.

  2. Apply

Use the toolkit's canvases and the Value Orchestration Workbook on real demand, in your own organisation's governance.

  3. Certify

Join a live cohort. Attend both sessions, take part in the scenario group activity, pass the knowledge check.

  4. Verify

Every certificate carries an ID. Practitioner credentials sit in a public registry; foundation certificates can be checked by anyone.

For organisations

Closed cohorts, built around your own demand.

Open cohorts run with participants from different organisations. A closed cohort takes one organisation's team through a track together, with the scenario group activity built on demand from your own pipeline and the toolkit set up for your governance and scales. Closed cohorts are quoted on cohort size, up to twelve people, and can include a follow-up value review after the first month-nine.

  • Open cohort dates and fees are announced in the newsletter first
  • Closed cohorts are arranged through the GOVBRM LinkedIn page, which is the Academy's contact route
  • Tier 1 is free during the beta with a newsletter subscription, for individuals and for teams; each micro-course is usually £25

Who runs it

Written and taught from inside the practice.

The Academy is run by the practitioner who writes the GOVBRM Newsletter and built the AI Demand Toolkit, working in a personal capacity, drawing on the discipline of Business Relationship Management and on the receiving end of the requests the framework is built to shape. Credentials are continuing professional development credentials issued by the Academy; they are not academic qualifications and are not accredited by a third party.

Dates come to subscribers first

Courses and certifications are announced in the GOVBRM Newsletter before anywhere else.
